Shipping and Handling
There is a 24-72 hour processing time for all orders, with most orders sent out for delivery within 24 business hours. Processing time might be longer during high volume of orders, such as holiday seasons. We strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible with processing priority to customers with paid shipping. After the processing period, an email tracking will automatically send out when the package is ready for shipment and sent to carriers for shipping deliveries. Due to high volumes of packages that carrier receives, please keep in mind that tracking information may not be updated for several days. Tracking information may not be updated until your package has reached a local sorting facility, transit location, or post office. Errors and delays caused by or as a result of the carriers are not the responsibility of Jewel Distribution and must be resolved by contacting the carrier directly.
Risk of Loss

Return/Refund Policy

Reward Points cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent or applied to past purchases. The Reward Points can only be used towards a future purchase at jeweldistribution.com.
If a package must be Returned to Sender because the carrier was unable to collect an adult signature and proof of ID, Jewel Distribution reserves the right to deduct a $15 restocking fee from the refund of the order. Furthermore, Jewel Distribution reserves the right to re-ship a replacement order only after the original package has been returned to our facility and processed.
In the instance that a refund through the original payment method is not possible due to errors encountered during the transaction reversal process, Jewel Distribution reserves the right to offer reimbursement in the form of Store Credit.
Jewel Distribution reserves the right to process refunds after 30 days of the order date. The change in carrier and the longer transit times means that some packages are taking up 30 days to be delivered.
International Orders
All international customers must be aware of the customs and importation laws for their respective country. Furthermore, all duties, taxes, and VAT fees are not covered and customers are responsible for these payments.
