Returns:
We accept returns on defective or damaged items, or if the wrong item was received. If you received an item you would like to return, please contact your sales representative directly or call Customer Service at 1-323-870-8273 with order and product details. Items returned without approval will not be accounted for, and will be properly disposed of.
Items damaged by misuse or improper care are not covered by our policy.
For sanitary reasons and the overall safety of our customers and staff, we do not accept returns on the following: drip tips, coils, cotton, batteries, wire, and bottles of liquid. We also do not accept returns on leaking disposables, but we can accept a return if the device was Dead on Arrival (DOA).
Upon receipt of your return, our Returns Department will create the credit on your Jewel Distribution account, if eligible, and can be applied to a future order or refunded to the payment method used on the original order.
Returns of kits and sets must include all accessories that came with the item originally. If still available, please also include the item’s original packaging.
All returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
How to return product to Jewel Distribution:
Contact your sales representative or our Customer Service Center to ensure you are eligible to make a return. If you are, please fill out our return form. Once approved, we will get in contact with you and provide you with further instructions for our returns process.
